Detailed Product Description
Ceramic band heater is made by resistance wire drilled through heatproof ceramic pieces, and bent with beautiful metal cover. Ceramic fiber is a layer for heat insulation.
It is long life span, firming and enduring. According to customers requirement, connecting ways can be line connection, inserted, junction box. The power could be 36V, 110V, 180V, 220V, 380V.
This heater is different from other band heaters. It is used for heating barrel, using 12.5mm ceramic fiber as protective layer, so reduces 25% energy.
Ceramic heater with fin is newly type heating & cooling equipment. It uses 95 oxidize aluminum as the basic material to make into ceramic piece, using nickel-chromium wire drilling through them and making up them into needed specification.
